1. Bookings & quotes
Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide and may change if the collection or delivery requirements differ on the day. A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it in writing.
2. Liability & insurance
Goods in transit insurance applies up to the limit stated on your booking confirmation. High-value or fragile items must be declared in advance.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary by service tier and lead time. Same-day urgent bookings cancelled after the driver has been dispatched may be charged in full.
